Product Manager - onboarding flows (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Pike Medical Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
