Product Manager - onboarding flows (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Kestrel Pharma develops and makes medicines in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
