Product Manager - onboarding flows (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
