Product Manager - onboarding flows (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wren Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
