Product Manager - onboarding flows (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Loom Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
