Product Manager - onboarding flows (Chicago, IL)

Amberfield Summit Pharma develops and makes medicines in Chicago, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
