Product Manager - onboarding flows (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Nest Markets is a Chicago retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
