Product Manager - onboarding flows (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Cedar Loom Insurance Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
