Product Manager - onboarding flows (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit West Care Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
