Product Manager - onboarding flows (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Bright Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
