Product Manager - onboarding flows (Charleston, SC)

Summit Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Charleston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
