Product Manager - onboarding flows (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Fox Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
