Product Manager - onboarding flows (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Junction Markets Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
