Product Manager - onboarding flows (Boston, MA)

Nova Stone Banking Services is a regional lender in Boston with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
