Product Manager - onboarding flows (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Nova Pike Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
