Product Manager - onboarding flows (Boise, ID)

Lumen Fox Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
