Product Manager - onboarding flows (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Bright Financial serves customers across Birmingham with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
