Product Manager - onboarding flows (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge Juniper Banking Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 243 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting.
