Product Manager - onboarding flows (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen Lantern Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
