Product Manager - onboarding flows (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Maple Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 701 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
