Product Manager - onboarding flows (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Kestrel Financial Group is a financial-services company in Austin. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
