Product Manager - onboarding flows (Austin, TX)

Lumen Haven Medical designs and makes medical devices in Austin. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting.
