Product Manager - onboarding flows (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Granite Financial serves customers across Atlanta with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
