Product Manager - onboarding flows (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Fern Care Services supports families and individuals in Atlanta with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
