Product Manager - onboarding flows (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Linden Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
