Product Manager - onboarding flows (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Meadow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Anchorage. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
