Product Manager - onboarding flows (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Beacon Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Anchorage, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
