Product Manager - onboarding flows (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Vista Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Anchorage, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 598 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
