Product Manager - onboarding flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Corner Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Albuquerque, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
