Product Manager - onboarding flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Albuquerque, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
