Product Manager - onboarding flows (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rook Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 424 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
