Product Manager - onboarding flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Yarrow Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
