Product Manager - internal tools (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around Wichita, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
