Product Manager - internal tools (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Drift Banking Services is a regional lender in Tulsa with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
