Product Manager - internal tools (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Beacon Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
