Product Manager - internal tools (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Beacon Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
