Product Manager - internal tools (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield North Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
