Product Manager - internal tools (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Haven Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
