Product Manager - internal tools (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pine Medical Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 647 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
