Product Manager - internal tools (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Linden Facilities is a facilities company in St. Louis with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
