Product Manager - internal tools (St. Louis, MO)

Bright Maple Markets Group is a St. Louis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
