Product Manager - internal tools (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Loom Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
