Product Manager - internal tools (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wilder Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
