Product Manager - internal tools (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Stone Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
