Product Manager - internal tools (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Savannah serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
