Product Manager - internal tools (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around San Jose. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
