Product Manager - internal tools (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cedar Banking Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
