Product Manager - internal tools (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around San Jose, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
