Product Manager - internal tools (San Jose, CA)

Summit North Pharma develops and makes medicines in San Jose. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
