Product Manager - internal tools (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
